How to join out organization.

Step 1, Background Check: The applicant must be over the age of 18 and be able to pass a background check performed by a third party vendor. At this time we have temporarily put on hold the background check process. However this will be an expectation once we iron out the process to keep everyone’s information safe. The applicant will pay for the background check expected to be approximately $20.  Many of our partners would prefer us to have this in place when dealing with children and we feel this will open up a lot of opportunities within our community.

Step 2, Costume approval: We accept costumes found (or could be found) throughout the entire Star Wars Universe.  These are not limited to any specific faction or group within the Universe and can also include custom characters.  These costumes however must be movie quality costumes and will undergo a rigorous approval process by the membership committee.  Photos of front, back, left, right, helmet or mask off, and action shots are required (other photos may be requested as well).  Sometimes reference pictures for screen shown costumes may be requested, and all costume costumes will need to fit the screen shown aesthetic of the Star Wars Universe as determined by the committee.  After a costume is submitted, the applicant will receive a response within 3 weeks which will include, approval/denial, required improvements (if necessary) and suggested improvements (in any).
